Illamasqua Powder Blush in Excite
Today's post is dedicated to one of my all time favourite blushers by Illamasqua, 'Excite'. This blush is a vivid apricot shade that has a matte finish. Illamasqua powder blushes are known for their amazing colour payoff and a little amount of blush is needed on the brush. These blushes blend beautifully and come in 17 amazing shades, alot of them matte and some of them ideal for contouring!
Illamasqua powder blushes currently retail at £18.00/$26.00, which is pricey, but these blushes do last a long time. The packaging is sleek, with a black plastic, edgy square design. This compact does not come complete with a mirror but I like that the lids are transparent so you can see what colour blush you are selecting.

The colour you get is true to what you see in the pan. This shade may look a little bright and somewhat daunting, but do not be alarmed, it blends beautiful to a natural, apricot shade on the cheeks. A very wearable blush and a staple in my makeup collection. I will definitely be purchasing more of these cheek colours from Illamasqua in the future.
